We got a 3 yard dumpster from Waste Connections to handle our monthly trash needs. They've been on time for pick-ups so far, and we're very happy with the service. No issues so far, and I hope it stays like that.

Waste Connections was supposed to empty our dumpster weekly but did not live up to their end of the bargain. I have called to complain but they seem to not care. I am looking for another dumpster company as this is the third time in 2 years I have had this problem with them. Its inexcusable.

I wanted to make trash disposal easier, so I decided to rent a dumpster to keep outside our home. Having the dumpster there was also a way for me to have the kids clean the yard.
Waste Connections rented out a 10 yard dumpster to us for 30 days. They were easy to talk to and were prompt. They had to come out here again the day after they dropped off the container, since it was blocking my driveway, but they didn't make a big deal about it. They were really nice people.
