VaVia Birmingham

I was in town to help clean out my father-in-law’s house and had to hire a dumpster company. There were several issues we ran into with various companies, including having great difficulty getting them to pick up and re-deliver dumpsters. I finally gave up and contacted Patrick at VaVia dumpsters in Birmingham. I caught him at closing time one day, and he was very friendly and helpful. He had a dumpster on site the next day and helped the estate sales people with 3 more dumpsters after we left town. Patrick was great to work with, easy to reach, reasonably priced, and delivered and picked up dumpsters at the time he said he would. It was especially important to have a reliable company when we were no longer in town.

I work full time and like to do DIY projects on the side. I research for days before making a selection on basically anything, and I found an amazing company in VaVia. My wife and I had a remodel project going on, in addition to discarding a good amount of old concrete the previous homeowner left on our property. I contacted VaVia to check prices, and I was impressed from day one. I had a few days off work, and I really wanted to get the dumpster delivered ASAP. I ordered the dumpster that morning and it was perfectly placed in my driveway that afternoon before I got home from work—perfect for me to get started that evening. I ended up renting 2 dumpsters over a 30-day period, and the communication with the company was so easy. The pickup was seamless and the delivery of the 2nd dumpster was seamless too. I have never experienced such fantastic customer service in the construction industry. This company is the real deal and cares about their customers. I’m very impressed with the management/leadership of this company.

We recently bought a home that had a lot of junk in the basement, and we knocked down the old deck and rebuilt it. We had a ton of stuff to get rid of and VaVia was the best priced and most professional organization in Birmingham. It went as good as you could hope for. They were extremely prompt, courteous, and helpful. The ordering process was easy and they helped me choose which size I needed, which saved me money.

We performed a roof demo and rebuild and VaVia provided a dumpster for the job. They were prompt and professional and most importantly affordable. Their performance was just as expected and very diligent.

Our partnership with VaVia has been a breath of fresh air for our daily/weekly waste removal process. We have been struggling the last few years to find a reliable waste removal partner. This is an ongoing process, but so far, they have listened to our needs and provided an affordable, reliable solution. We are building a long-lasting relationship with this quality roll-off vendor.
