Environmental Trash Company responded quickly to my inquiry about a 10 yard dumpster for some construction debris. Delivery and pick-up were both on time, and I have no complaints. Everything about their services was good.

Four phone calls, almost two weeks, and excuses like "I forgot", and "I put the check in the mail myself" later... and it's August 4th and I still do not have the balance of my refund!
