Our company uses BTDT dumpster rentals for all of our roofing projects and they are by far the most professional and punctual service we have ever used! What really sets them apart from the rest is the care they take in making sure to protect the owner's driveway by placing wood down before unloading the dumpster. They always deliver and pick up in a timely manner and their customer service is top notch as well.

They did everything they said they would, right down to protecting my driveway with wood blocks and sweeping any debris at pickup time. I highly recommend them.

Rented a dumpster from them for a house remodeling project we were working on, their trucks were just perfect for us as prior to them we rented from another dumpster company and their trucks just couldnt fit in our driveway due to the size. BTDTs trucks were perfectly suited for residential use and they deliver/pick-up on time. Prices were more affordable and dumpster was clean. I'd definitely use them again!

I had to clean out a rental in PA, and I'm a resident of KY. When I arrived in PA, I began calling refuse companies and no one I called could supply me a dumpster in the time frame I would be in PA except BTDT. I called on a Sunday, put my order in, and was told that someone would be in touch with me between 2-4 hours. It was 15 minutes later that I received a call from Ken who was just going out the door for home. We had a very enjoyable talk and he said that he'd do his best to get me a unit on Monday but couldn't promise. That was great timing for me, so I told him Tuesday would still give me enough time to do what had to be done. I got a call from Charles that he was on his way with the dumpster. He rolled up, backed up, put the protective boards on the driveway, and put the unit in place. Charles was a very pleasant gentleman and a very efficient worker. We loaded the dumpster that night and made the call for pick-up on Wednesday before I head back to KY. If and when I should ever again need to rent a dumpster, you had better believe that the first and only call I make will be to Been There Dump That. I was extremely satisfied with everyone I talked with but especially with Ken for making everything fall into place for my time frame.

I needed something that would fit on the parking pad in front of the house. I'd never rented a dumpster before but BTDT made it super easy. I paid once over the phone, and they did everything else. The driver (Dave) called before dropping off and before picking up. Product was exactly as advertised and service was outstanding.

I highly recommend this company and their services. From scheduling to drop off, they were very informative and helpful but also extremely friendly. They made the process easy, as I’ve never had to order a dumpster before, but they were fantastic. They even protected the driveway and swept the driveway after pick-up.

We needed to clean out a shed, an attached garage, and an additional detached garage. We had a great experience working with BTDT. Each person that I had contact with was professional and courteous. The person that I ordered from, the delivery staff, and the pickup staff were all great. There were no surprises—I got exactly what I ordered on time and as promised. I even emailed a question on a Sunday, expecting a response by Monday, but I heard back from them within 30 minutes. I will use this company again and would highly recommend them to others. With plenty to worry about with the job, I appreciated having no worries at all about dumpster delivery and pick-up. The job was easier as a result. I had to clean out my basement of 19 years of boxes and junk, as well as a TV and computer monitor, that were never looked through and were wet. So I ordered a 20 yard dumpster and filled that up quickly. I had 10 days to fill the dumpster, but it only took a week. I liked the small footprint of 11 ft long because it allowed us to park in front of it. My basement is now clean, dry, and reorganized. My only complaint is that they dropped off the dumpster 2 hours later than they said they would. The pickup also took longer than previously established. I called on a Friday for pickup and was was told it would either be Monday or Tuesday of next week, which I was fine with. But it wasn't picked up until Thursday after calling on Wednesday to see why the dumpster hadn't been picked yet. Other than that, I was happy with service.

<p>Do not rent a dumpster from Bin There Dump That if you are renovating a house. I spoke to Dave and was assured that their largest dumpster, a 20 yarder was sufficient for the renovation of a 1200 sq foot home - cost $435. Not even half way through the renovation, the bin was full. My contractor packed it neatly so there wasn't any empty space. I am very disappointed as I feel I was ripped off, intentionally. I could have gotten a 40 yarder from another company for only $549 and saved a lot of money. But I had to rent another dumpster from another company who had the larger dumpster (30 yarder) for another $500. Bin There Dump That also had the nerve to charge me another $22.40 because they claim I went over the weight limit. Of course no evidence to support their findings... You guys got me! Congratulations! I won't be back.</p>
