The first time I rented a dumpster from them, they were great. They delivered our rental on time and everything went well. There was a situation that happened after this experience where I called to find out the availability on renting another dumpster and they said they had what we needed available. I let them know that I was just calling to inquire and that I needed to double check our schedule before finalizing the rental details. Unfortunately, they made a charge for the dumpster that I had only inquired about without my authorization. I called back and the guy that I spoke to said that he would refund the money immediately, but then someone else contacted me from their accounting department and said that they will do the refund but they will keep the processing fee for the card. In the end, they returned every single penny after about a week without any problems, but I was kind of unhappy with the way they approached us and with them keeping a fee due to their own mistake. Besides that, the guy I spoke with was really nice, paid attention to detail, and seemed to know exactly what he was doing.
