They met their commitment and did a great job overall. I had a few issues with them. When I called, the woman who answered the phone sounded like she wasn’t happy to be taking a customer's call. I think good customer relations are key in getting customers to use services again, and it reflects on the company when a customer service representative seems unhappy to be assisting customers. Second, they have a weird process when asking to have the dumpster picked up. The customer has to submit a signed authorization form before they can pick it up. This was bothersome because it delayed us and delays can add up. They charge $10/day for each additional day the bin is not picked up. If they can improve on this, it would be a blast doing business with them again. Other than these issues, they were punctual for drop-offs, the dumpsters were clean, and the price was very reasonable.
