The driver went out of his way and came back to us at the end of his long day to pick up our load so that we could have a clean start for the holiday weekend. We really appreciated his effort and kindness! In addition, the billing department has been a huge help in getting us straightened out! I have the best representative of that company doing my route on Thursdays.\r\nThis summer I witnessed him repeatedly go above and beyond.  From picking up items that fell out to sweeping up the debris that fell. About a month ago, I forgot to put my trash out and he stopped honked and alerted me that he was there for my trash.  He waited for me and met me to take. I have NEVER, EVER had that kind of GREAT customer Service. I think I embarrassed him, Mitch, when I was so surprised and happy. Who would take care of their customer that way? He did. Delivery and pick up was prompt, but I had a big problem with them. Other than the high price for the dumpster, I had requested for a credit application, set up the account, and got it approved. When they came to the site, they wouldn't leave the dumpster unless we provided them with a credit card. We did as they wanted, but that was a real turn off. I rent these out all over the US and we do not use credit cards, because we want our bills coming into our main office.
