Donna Parkman was such a pleasure to work with. Everything that she said, she delivered on. I would recommend them to anyone. I called and got one from American Disposal, but I wasn't happy with the service they gave me. When I called them, the lady over the phone told me that I could load it and I'd have no problems. However, she didn't inform me that I shouldn't have filled it all the way to the top. When it was time for the pick-up, the driver told me to take the wood sticking out on top. He even told me that if I don't want to take it down, that they'll be charging me extra for it. I wasn't satisfied with the response and service. All they had to do was put the cover on top and that would have solved the problem. I had to pay someone else to clean up the rest of the stuff that was left.
