The two gentlemen who loaded the truck could not have been nicer.  They also arrived within 30 minutes of my call because they were passing by.  The main problem is the man in the office.  I told him my concern after discovering (online bank statement) that I was charged $125, despite the fact that I have a receipt which clearly states $100.  A few days went by and I called him again and he said that he'd send me a check for $25.00.  The service was 4/22/14.  Today is 5/14/12 and when I called to inquire about my check, he yelled that it was mailed out yesterday.  \r\n\r\nConclusion: if you can avoid the man in the office and be charged what you were told, then go for it, since the men that did the actual work were excellent.
